The General Real Estate Authority licensed 28 electronic real estate platforms with the FAL Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing License for real estate platforms, after they fulfilled the requirements and conditions for obtaining the license and technical connection work with the Authority.

The Authority explained that the real estate platforms that have obtained a FAL Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing license for real estate platforms so far are: (Aqar, Sanadak, Suhail, Aqān, Real Estate Portal, Wasl, Keys, Complete, Dalali, Deal Application, Aqar City, Saḥah, Aqarak, Saee, Rise, Real Estate Sukuk, Abwab, Al Dal, Tamm, Tadawul Real Estate, Saudi Houses, Amar Noon, Aqar Network, Khamsin Khamseen, Digital Window, Aqaratuk Real Estate, Menoun, Smart Interactive).

The Authority confirmed that it is continuing the technical linkage work for more real estate platforms, as the platform’s obtaining a license and technical linkage with it guarantees its compliance with the requirements, and raises the efficiency and quality of data in the real estate sector in the Kingdom, and the reliability of advertisements, in order to link them with the national access portal, stressing that the platforms Unlicensed vehicles will be seized and violated, according to what was reported by the Saudi News Agency (SPA).
