
The Saudi Cabinet, chaired by Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, praised the opening of 600 international companies’ headquarters in the Kingdom, This milestone underscores the stability of the Saudi economy, growing international confidence, promising expansion opportunities, top-tier workforce, and the Kingdom’s strategic location.
Since March 2024, a large number of multinational companies have responded to the government’s call to open regional headquarters in the Kingdom, and the number of companies that obtained licenses to open regional headquarters at the time was 350 companies.
Saudi Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih said earlier today that the attractiveness of the investment environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia makes it attract more capital than it exports.
Al-Falih added that one of the Kingdom’s goals for the coming years is to convert some of the debts on banks’ balance sheets, such as mortgages and corporate debts, into securities that can be traded and recycled.
