The Kingdom is participating in the Global Entrepreneurship Conference (GEC), under the umbrella of the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council, in Melbourne, Australia, during the period from September 19 to 22.
The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monshaat”, represented by Deputy Governor for Entrepreneurship Saud bin Khalid Al Sabhan, headed the Kingdom’s participating delegation from several government agencies and Saudi entrepreneurs, with the aim of strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a global destination in supporting small and medium enterprises, in addition to highlighting the efforts provided by the Authority. For male and female entrepreneurs, to support the growth of small and medium enterprises and provide the opportunity for promising enterprises to communicate with international experts and specialists to benefit from their expertise, through a group of programs, initiatives and local and international business accelerators organized by the Authority.
A number of Saudi entrepreneurs are also participating in the exhibition, to shed light on their projects in various sectors, including “Raslam” Company, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East to provide support to emerging companies through a package of tools in managing property rights and following up on owners’ share schedules. And measuring the impact of investment rounds on it, in addition to the prominent company “Wecap” in the field of technology and construction. Which seeks to enhance its investment opportunities through regional and international expansion.
