Artificial intelligence could eliminate or create millions of jobs in the next decade, according to the World Economic Forum, but to deal with that change and perhaps even the demands of new jobs.

Couban also explained : Adaptability is a soft skill that is “increasingly in demand” across a wide range of jobs, according to a report from LinkedIn in February 2024.
