Eric Yuan, the company’s CEO, presented a future vision, which is to “provide an intelligent assistant to perform routine tasks” via the Zoom Workplace platform.

The tasks of the smart digital assistant will be limited to answering calls and emails, summarizing meetings, and carrying out administrative tasks.
