Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. The newspaper notes, based on people familiar with the matter, that executives from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., the world’s largest chipmaker, recently discussed building a factory complex in the UAE that could rival the company’s advanced facilities in Taiwan.
