On Wednesday, the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, witnessed the launch of the Saudi-Spanish Business Forum in the city of Madrid, organized by the Union of Saudi Chambers and the Chamber of Spain.
